    Hi @marietek

    Never share backup URL to public as it contains all details of your website including database, it’s dangerous and good it was blocked.

    The issue is caused by WordFence plugin which blocks access to the file.

    If you temporarily disable the plugin or download the backup manually it should resolve your issue.

    I’ll ask mods to remove the download URL from your topic, but once you download the backup I recommend you to remove it from the server for security reasons.

    To confirm that simply visit the URL in your browser, you will see all details of the “block”.
