Migration from CMSMS to WordPress

    Hi,
    I have a website with about 1000 pages and in news in CMSMS and I would like to migrate to WordPress.
    I’m looking for a tutorial or plugin to easily transfer the data from my website.
    I found a script but without any explanation: http://www.paulor.net/cms-made-simple-wordpress/
    I created a php file and I loaded on the server, but when I call it from Browser nothing happens.
    I would be grateful to receive an explanation to transfer the contents of my website.
