From the existing KB plugin, I have ‘KB FAQ’ category.
I understood from the document you shared.
normal KB article post type should be ‘docs’.
for category domain should be ‘dog_tag’.
what should I do with ‘KB FAQ’ then. I still hope to categorize those articles as FAQ in betterdocs.
please advise little further.

I was trying to use that, somehow when i click yes to switch then i got me ‘0’ on the page. no idea what it means. I posted the question to the plugin owner.
Anyway,
I have been using minervaKB that has been in this area for quite some times.
If you could help out with minervaKB migration specifically, that would be great help for many users out there including me.
You may also try yourself from your end.

If the particular plugin uses custom post type then you can migrate it to BetterDocs otherwise we don’t have the option to do that. You can contact the author of minervakb to know if they used custom post type or not.

MinervaKB uses its own custom post type and I know what it is.
it’s just that I can’t switch the cpt as I got into ‘0’ on the page (error).
