Endless loops are usually no fun and I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue migrating your events.
The first thing I would do is check out our guide to troubleshooting migrating events if you have not done so already. The very top section of the link covers your issue.
If none of the steps recommended in the top section work, I would also try …
- Make sure you are using a location-based timezone for your website.
- Deactivate third-party plugins, especially any that involve caching.
- Review the problematic event(s) and look for missing or corrupted data, particularly around dates, times, and recurrence options. Fix any data issues and re-save the event.

If you had noticed my post it said there was Zero events. So there was nothing to migrate yet it was still trying to migrate. Luckily I was able to finally get it to cancel and then I reinstalled the plug-in and it seems to be working okay right now
