Migration Issue

I transfered a site and i am having issues connecting downloads. Everything i test is redirected to a missing page rather than directly downloaded as it did before.

Moved files over via ftp and imported/exported via extensions. Everytime i select a file it just redirects to an empty url. Any ideas what the issue is here?
