Migration Issue : WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

I want to migrate my site from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. But after migration characters aren’t displaying properly; for example “तुषार भांबरे” appears “???????”. Can you please help me with this?
PS: Please suggest any easy way to convert charset for a non-technical person.
