@bobsled Thanks for sharing the feedback for the other five sites, which went successfully. Can you share more information, like the difference you have in the sixth site, the PHP version? WP version? Please create a ticket on our website so that we can connect you directly with our Technical team.
Looking forward to getting your issue resolved.
Thanks and regards,
Support Team – WPExperts
All the sites are on PHP version 8.2 and WP 6.2 with the same themes and plugins.
Seeing as I can roll back successfully to 2.4.9, I might try updating the plugin one more time and see if it works.
Updating again didn’t work. It’s still stuch at 190 emails. I’ll create a ticket as you suggested.
Thanks, @bobsled, for sharing all the information. We have almost tracked the case and will release the fix in short as a Beta version so you can try it.
Thanks and regards,

Great! I’ll wait for your fix and give it a try.
@bobsled
I hope you are doing well.
We have fixed this issue on our beta version; please download it from here, test it and let me know.
Note: create backup of your website and then add the Beta version.

Yes, the new version fixed the issue, and the migration completed successfully.
Thanks for you help.
I can confirm this beta fixed stuck migration on one of my sites (5 identical sites on identical hosting, one was just too lazy to finish 🙂 )
Hello,
1. I had 2 websites that got stuck during the migration. For the first one, installing version 2.5.0.1 fixed the issue, while for the second it didn’t.
2.I don’t know why this happened as they have the same plugins etc.
3.As for the website that got stuck also after upgrading to 2.5.0.1, I’ve tested version 2.5.1 and it also stays stuck.
I’ve now downgraded to 2.4.9.
Here are my options to upgrade:
A. Await for the next update of the plugin and hope it solves the issue
B. Delete all logged emails and upgrade to version 2.5.0.1, to see if this solves the issue
C. Delete the new database table that was created by upgrading to 2.5, and upgrade to version 2.5.1, to see if this solves the issue
Question 1: As for point c. , I’m assuming the wizard created a new table. If this is true, what is the new database table name?
Question 2: What option do you recommend? A, B, C, or something else?
Thanks in advance for your help.
