Migration without the DB tables

    Hello,
    My site has migrated and Matomo tables deleted but the plugin was still installed even if desactivated. I’ve removed the plugin via FTP and I’m trying to resinstall it. I have those errors…

    How can I delete it totally to get a full a reinstall, with the tables.

    Hi @newki75, can you check for a file at /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/matomo/config/config.ini.php ? If it exists, try deleting it and installing the plugin again.

    Hey,

    Sorry I was waiting an answer from my hosting to to write to. Globally it worked but I had this message: * Error zlib.output_compression is off: No (Vous devez régler « zlib.output_compression » dans votre php.ini sur « Inactif ».). I’ve checked in Google, it seems I had to check stg in php.ini file, file I don’t find lol

    Now in the backoffice, Matomo says it’s minor issue : Il y a quelques problèmes avec votre système. Matomo va démarrer, mais vous pourriez rencontrer quelques problèmes mineurs. Voir ci-dessous pour plus d’informations.

    Do u need I copy the report?

    @newki75 If the rest of Matomo’s interface looks like it’s working you might be able to ignore that error (the zlib.output_compression one). We might be able to get rid of that diagnostic check altogether in the next version.
