Milky theme editing advice

The page alignment, font colors, and any other formatting are always going to be in the CSS. Many times the *.css files have comments provided by the author/developer that will point you in the right direction as to where to start editing.

If you are you not familiar at all with basic css file editing, you may want to at least start by reviewing the css file associated with your WP install. You will need some kind of basic text editor, such as Notepad++ and an FTP Plugin for Notepad++ to edit the files on your site.
