    Hi Saumya,

    Seems like it is an issue with Disqus. I am looking into it. I have contacted Disqus team also. Will update you once I found something useful.

    Make sure that you have not Disabled automatic comments importing in Disqus settings.

    Is there any plugin on your website, which uses cron?

    I think the only plugin that might be using cron job is Updraftplus Premium and maybe Easy Digital Downloads (not sure). I don’t see any other plugin to use that.

    Also another thing I saw is that when someone post an comment via disqus, it gets synced with wordpress comments to show comments in the normal way to the bots. But when someone deletes their comments from disqus, it doesn’t automatically gets deleted from wordpress comments.

    I haven’t tested the official disqus plugin that much as it is literally disgusting.
