MIME type problem

Hi everyone,
I have problem after migrating my website from on host to new one.
All links on the site does not work. The error in console log is:
Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/x-httpd-php: "http://www.mywebsite.com/

The old host MIME type was setted like this:
text/javascript js
so now is the same for the new host, but still does not work.

I have no access to the admin panel, because of this error.
