    How can I mimic this contact form with Forminator?

    Is this not possible with Forminator?

    Hi @delaing,

    Can you explain a bit more about which parts are you not sure about replicating? Forminator includes Name, Email, Phone, ZIP and Message fields so that kind of setup can be added.

    Submit button might need some CSS adjustments but it would be possible to replicate similar look.

    As for the stuff around the form, and background, from what I see these are just Elementor builder elements with the form added between them, so that same setup can be created by Elementor and then the Form shortcode can be placed inside it.
