Min/Max Quantity Changed Paypal Email

I added the Min/Max Quantity extension to my website, and configured it to enforce min/max quantities for one category of items in the store. I found out a month later it changed my PayPal email address to one that I have never used for PayPal, but it is the one I use for customers to communicate with us on the site.
The wrong email address only seems to apply to some orders randomly – certain recurring orders that have been in place for years were refunded to the customers, while others went through. I cannot find any consistency to which orders did not go through to PayPal. Has anyone had this issue with this Woocommerce extension? I can’t figure out how or where it changed the email address.
