    I have orders and Statuses all set up, but when I track, it says “There are no order statuses for tracking number: 8989”

    Moreover, I have 3 orders, but my dashboard is indicating 4 orders.

    Hope there is a solution soon.

    Hello gdcomplex,

    How did you create these existing orders? Could you create a new order in the backend and see if you can track in the tracking form?
    Is this happening only for the Order “8989” or is it happening for all the orders?
    Could you please make sure that 8989 is the Order Number and not the order Name.
