Mingle Forum?

Does this plugin has any relation with the Mingle Forum plugin? I’m still using this for a forum and I got directed to this plugin while searching for an update and/or successor.

If it is related, is there an ‘upgrade’ option for the Mingle forum so that all posts will be preserved?

We are not related to Mingle Forums in any way.
There is not import for them into PRO.
PRO is a complete Social Network everything is in one package here.
