I have also had recent problems with the Plugin as I checked today. It simply doesn’t display the Tweets at all. Example: http://pacoforet.com Anyone can help please?

Hi, I have used this plugin on many sites. Today it stopped working. I am assuming it is because twitter have update their API version from 1.0 to 1.1.
Will there be an update for this? If so how quickly can you fix it?

will these API issues be resolved any time soon within the plugin as it really is the best out there…

The reason for the changes is stopping you from doing this. They now want you to login to your twitter account and add widgets that why.
I don’t think anyone will fix this issue. The url http://minitwitter.webdevdesigner.com/ I got it off have deleted their Twitter account and their Github page.
You will either have to use the one twitter give you or write your own.
i found a alternative that works just the same http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-twitter-feed/

Use the “Twitter Timeline” Plug-in in JETPACK. It works fine.

I am working on a fix right now, it will be released in few days. Twitter stopped the API v1 (used by Mini twitter feed). I need to update it to the API v1.1.

It is updated. Now you just need to get your new widget ID and it should work.
how do we get the new widget id? mines still not working 🙁
