minify cache prompts "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS"

    when performing a Google PageSpeed Insights test, i get prompted to:
    “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”

    both under “Remove render-blocking JavaScript” and “Optimize CSS Delivery” i see listed minify cache files (/wp-content/cache/minify/XXXXXX)

    how do i prevent W3 Total Cache’s minify function from negatively affecting the pagespeed results?
