minify js misatke?

A general question, if you can help please:
I got a rendering resources issue in one of the speed test sites, so have enabled js minify+manual, and then defined in operation section:
before <head> = non blocking using defer:
Then added (add script) emBed in head: 3 jquery files that were in the speed test rendering issues report:

https://mydomain/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2
https://mydomain/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/font-awesome/js/v4-shims.min.js?ver=3.1.4
In this order.It seems I misunderstood instrcutions that have found at one of the sites as the site did not look good after that, so have changed back the option before <head> to default blocking but it did not come back to normal perfectly.
How to revert back first of all? In the hosting support they told me no need to backup before making changes in this plugin, so no backup….
Probably a mistake of mine (but did save the file names)…
And what to do with then in order to solve the rendering issue?In addition I have a list of css files in the rendering issues – how to handle them?
