Minimize button does not appear

Good afternoon, today I published a ScrollBox on my website and I activated the option “Allow Closing the bar” and “Allow Minimize” but those changes are not visible on my website.
Note: the changes (“Allow Closing the bar” and “Allow Minimize”) are only visible when I am an administrator. And when I leave the administrator account these changes are not seen.
