Minimize button not visible| Changes aren’t reflecting

    Hi

    Thanks for making an excellent plugin. By far one of the best plugins i have come across.

    One of our form (scrollbox) is not showing the minimize button.
    Whatever changes we did reflects only in admin and not outside.

    Now i have deleted the form and it is still showing up on website.

    Please suggest something. Last option i could think of is deleting plugin but the forms are implemented throughout website and that would be massive work.

    Also i tried the fix version which i saw in forum here that was shared on Google Drive but it didn’t help.
    Please help

    Dear user, we are aware of this bug and will fix it in our upcoming version, but before general release, you can fix the issue by installing the version you have talked about. Here is the fixed free version https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wENpTku31mDQ_iIky9x-eXMgY6RC3fC-/view?usp=sharing

    If you have installed this version and didn’t help, then I think you just have a caching plugin which doesn’t let you see the changes you have made on your website.

    After installing this version, please clear your website and browser cache and check again, I am sure you’ll see it working correctly.

    If you use the pro version, then please DO NOT install this version, send us your account email and I’ll forward you the pro version files.

    I don’t use any cache plugin.

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    Dear @seoguy000,

    Please enter form maker > options and enable developer mode, after this please check again.

    If the issue persists, then please send us the page where we can see the form to check the issue.

    This didn’t work either. Tried all the method suggested above.

    Dear @seoguy000,

    I am just clarifying the case for the other users.

    The link I have shared above has the fixed version, and the website was not displaying the changes because of the cache.

    If you’ll have a similar issue, please install that version, soon we’ll have an update which will solve the bug in general.
