    Hi @wood1e,

Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the min/max amount limits.

I’ve attempted to replicate the problem on my end, and the plugin appears to function as expected. It’s possible that some configurations might have been missed during setup. Please ensure the following:

    1. General Tab:
      • Check the option Block checkout process (Prevent users from placing an order with incorrect amounts). If this is disabled, customers may be able to place orders with the wrong amounts.
    2. Payment Gateways:
      • Make sure the correct amounts are set in the PayPal section under the Payment Gateways tab.

You can check this video demonstrating the plugin working correctly as a reference for setting up your store.

If you’re still facing issues, it might be due to a compatibility conflict with another plugin. Feel free to share more details, and I’ll be happy to assist further.

    Hi

Sorry but having trialled this for a week or so, it doesn’t seem to work as we are gettting many fraudulent orders this time on the ‘Debit/Credit Card’ option which should be stopped see here: https://app.screencast.com/uvGPzofD4esmQ & https://app.screencast.com/D85ntNA63zNj0

So not sure why it is being let through.

    Hi @wood1e,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. It seems that some options might not be enabled or are misconfigured, which could be causing these problems.

Since you’re using the blocks checkout, please ensure the following settings are enabled:

    1. Prevent API users from placing orders with wrong amounts in the Checkout options.
    2. Prevent users from reaching the checkout page on wrong min/max amount in the same section.

Additionally, if you don’t want customers to place orders with incorrect amounts, you can enable Hide unavailable payment options under the Payments Gateway tab.

If these adjustments don’t resolve the issue, please reach out to us via email ([email protected]), and we’ll assist you further with your specific case.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi

Many thanks for that, I will try the API block and Stop block to checkout.
