Is there a way to determine a minimum size of a photo that should be fed in an article. for example, is it possible to configure it only feed photos from articles that are for exmaple larger than 200px wide?

Technically this is possible but not available in the current version. I can possibly add this in a future update. If you know php you could code this yourself in the excerpt_functions.php file in the inc folder.

Re your suggestion to add php code in the file excerpt_funcions.php, should i loose this code with the future plugin update?

you would lose it with an update since updates overwrite the plugin…I’ll see if I can add this to the next update (after an update I’m pushing this week).
