Minimum order per shipping method

    The shipping method does not affect the minimum order, since these are not considered in the cart subtotal.

    In the next version of the plugin you can choose whether to consider the subtotal (shipping costs excluded) or total (including shipping costs) for calculation of the minimum purchase.
