Minor request: change deprecated function call argument

    When I’m debugging a site with wp-postratings I get lots of these:

    [31-Oct-2014 17:22:00 UTC] PHP Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

    Possible to fix this in a future update?
