Minor sections bug

Hi, I think I’ve found a minor sections bug.

If you break your form up with sections like this:
Section 1
– Q1
– Q2
Section 2
– Q3
– Q4

Your email comes out looking like this:
Section 1 label
– Q1
– Q2
Section 2 label
– Q3
– Q4

HOwever, if you use a section without a label (which I do because I want a distinctive break before the next questions:

Section 1
– Q1
– Q2
Section 2
– Q3
– Q4

– Q5
– Q6

The email looks like this:
Section 1
– Q1
– Q2
Section 2
– Q3
– Q4
– Q5
– Q6

The nameless section is lost in the email and the following questions are joined onto the answers for the previous section.
