Misaligned numbering in align environment

Hi.
As I point out in the link I have provided, I have a page with the following code

[latexpage] \begin{align*}
X'' + \lambda X & =0  \tag{6.1} \\
X'' + 0 \cdot X & =0  \tag{6.2} \\
            X'' &=0 \tag{6.3}
\end{align*}

According to my latex editor I get this:

but when I publish it on my website I get the following misalignment, right in the numbering labels that the \tag command produces

Any help to get them properly aligned?
