my website (www.dis-sos.com) was wrongfully categorized as commercial.

It does not have ads, does not sell any items or services, does not take donations anymore and doesn’t have affiliate links. It is an educational website that offers free information about trauma recovery and trauma-related mental-health issues. There are some books reviews but without affiliate links and not all of them are even positive. The only links I could think of are to non-profit organization that help people with trauma directly. These are not services that people would ever have to pay for and linking to them is not a commercial matter.

after going through the reverification process I still get a message that I would ‘promote a service’ and I have no idea what this could mean because all I offer are free texts for people to read online. There are explicit directions for people on the website that make it very clear that no services are available and that people should stop asking for them. I write as a hobby and for free. there is no monetization of the content and no connection to any business.
