Miscategorized as commercial

On April 21 I recieved a message that my personal blog is classified as a commercial site, but it’s not. I have no ads, no affiliate links and yes I use to have sponsored posts under my previous blogname, but the latest is from 2020. I asked for a verification twice, but you can’t find the outcome or why your website is still classified as commercial. Also the deadline is six days (April 27), that’s short notice. I removed the sponsored posts, but I can not click on “reverify”. How can I fix this?
