    Hi.
    For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been getting occasional “Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings.” messages and no Instagram images. It is sometimes displayed, and I am not sure what is the trigger. It has been updated to version 1.4.3, but the situation has not changed.

    @momomocchi Hello,

    Can you try to remove the Access Token key, in case you’ve added it in the plugin settings page? https://d.pr/i/hdkSuk

    Try to use the public feed instead, either by entering your username in the settings or in the widget settings: https://d.pr/i/QvlQOv

    Thank you @ciorici.
    I tried both the plugin and widget settings, but still two out of five reloads didn’t show up. Since I disabled the caching by WP Super Cache, the setting should be reflected.

    I’m having the same problem. The error “Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings.” I’ve already checked the Settings everything looks normal, but is not showing me the pictures on the footer. Please help 🙁

    @deyi83 What’s your Instagram username? Is your account public or private?

    Did you tried to enter your Instagram username in the widget settings?

    @ciorici I’m still getting the same Error on v1.4.4.
    Instagram-Account is public, Username entered in Settings also in Widget, still getting “Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings”
