• The description does not correctly articulate which features are free vs which are PRO. The free version is far more limited than the description implies.

    Edit: After filing this review, the developer has corrected the mistakes. Great plugin, great customer focus.

    Thanks for taking time to review plugin, We try to provide as much as in free version and lots of features are in free version. out of 50 features 5-8 are in pro rest can be done in free version. If you feel that any feature which should be in free version please let us know we will consider it.

    In plugin description we have mentioned if feature belong to pro version only. If you have any suggestion to improve it please do let us know we would like to make it more easier for user to understand it. We will appreciate your feedback.

    As you know that free version is used by more than 10K users and we believe to help as much as possible. Pro version is just to recover any addition cost in support. We believe we deserve more than 1 star and would like to request to reconsider and upgrade your review.

    We will be more than happy to implement any suggestion from you to improve it.

    “Delete Commets by conditions & filters” (should be Comments) does not state that it’s a Pro feature, but it is.

    Thank you for your reply and pointing out mistake and we have corrected it. You must have noticed that it wasn’t intentional misleading. If you are misguided by that mistake you can contact us here we will provide you pro version. That feature has been added lately which has spelling mistake and developer has missed to put Pro behind it.

    Our goal is to contribute in WordPress community. We would like to reconsider your rating as we are always ready to listen user and improve. Our team and plugin both deserve better rating so please update your rating.
