• I’ve been under a lot of stress so I may have missed some aspects of this plugin via my previous review, which I’m now updating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I tried it again, and it seems last time I got stuck in some setup loop. But upon revisiting it and trying again when I wasn’t so stressed out, I found that I was able to create a nice looking slider that’s even better than some of the other plugins I tried. Once I got the hang of it, it’s very easy to use. I especially appreciate the feature where I can copy all the text and style and paste it to the next slide. I’m not sure if this slider does video, and maybe that’s in the pro version, but that’d be great if it does.

The only issue I ran into is that my sliders look one way in edit mode, but when I publish them live, they look a different way I don’t prefer. The issue is that on the left side where I put the black overlay to contrast the text, in editor mode the black overlay goes past the slider arrows and covers all of the background image all the way to the left of the container box.

However, when I publish it live, the black overlay does not go over all of the left side of the container. Instead, the background image shows quite considerably. This makes the overlay I used to contrast the text instead look like a strip down one side of the image. It still looks okay, but not how I wanted it to look. But I am unable to figure out how to fix it. Unfortunately, I can’t provide screenshots to make this issue more meaningful and my communication about it more effective.

I hope my written description will suffice in these limitations.

I’m leaving my old first impression review here for integrity of the response I received from the plugin developers (sorry I can’t remember the name of the person who wrote me back, which is appreciated your kindness, because this forum doesn’t allow me to see your response while I’m writing this). But my previous review shows I was confused with the plugin. I retract my below statements now that I see I was confused.

My apologies for my mistakes and sentiments.

    PREVIOUS REVIEW
I downloaded and the only thing on the free version is a useless template. There are no style tabs or way to try this out. Looks like they’re trying to force people into the paid version in a manipulative way. I won’t ever buy a plugin like this because these types of companies tend to do terrible things down the road once the product is so intwined that it’s hard to leave. No thanks. I appreciate ethical companies and this is not winning my trust.
