Thanks for this. We uploaded your feed into our test merchant center and got no errors whatsoever, not about “Mismatched XML Tags” either.
Did you try again already?
We currently have 2 feeds uploaded on Google Merchant Center. One is a Website Crawl showing 551 products (however in past 6 months we aren’t getting any impressions or clicks) so we decided to try this plug-in. The daily feed for from this plug-in is showing 0 Products which makes me think something is wrong?
This is what it is stating for the feed generated from this plug-in:
“Your data feed contains a pair of opening/closing XML tags that don’t match.

So this really should work.
Thank you for confirming the test results. I have our tech trying to help troubleshoot this also. Maybe we should do a “manual” feed upload versus having the plug-in do it automatically. Or perhaps Google only wants 1 feed so may we should delete the other feed we generated from a “website crawl”. As a last resort is there anyway you could help us remote access via TeamViewer if we can’t figure this out?
