I have the paid Pro version of FooGallery and Foobox. I have created my first gallery but the alt tag attribute is missing when I inspect the source code for the images in my gallery.

I very carefully set the title, caption and alt tag for every image in my media library.

How do I resolve this please?

Also, is your support ticket system for pro subscribers broken as I never get a reply?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @burnimage,

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention – we’ve discovered our support form submission was broken. Support requests were being received on our fooplugins.com website but not being sent through to our helpdesk platform. 🙁

We’ve fixed this and have manually forwarded all pending requests through to our helpdesk and will be responding as quickly as possible over the next few days.

I’ve seen your request and will aim to respond to that tomorrow when we’re officially back in the office after the weekend.

Thanks so much again for bringing this to our attention so that we could fix the support process.

    Hi @burnimage,

As discussed in our emails the ALT tag is added to the tag for each image rather than the anchor link surrounding each image. So the alt tags are being correctly displayed in the HTML output.

    Hi Phill,
Yes Indeed you are correct, they were there all along now you’ve shown me where they reside in the source code.

Also, to anyone else reading this, the support ticket system for Pro users is simply first class! There was a glitch in their system for a couple of days, but all good now!
