Missing Amp Page Builder

    I am having to rebuild all my mobile pages after migration. When I moved my site from dev to production servers, (Inmotionhosting to LunarPages); WP desktop site is rendering perfectly – but all AMP pages missing all Page Builder content. I have disabled other plugins, toggled settings, can’t fix this.
    Also redirect to AMP mobile failing again. I thought last update took care of that? URL is correct. Permalinks updated.

    #2 Can custom theme layouts be shown in the library? I cannot see how to delete after creation and they can only be seen in the “save layout” window. I have two layouts with the same name. One needs to be deleted.
