Missing argument 1 for get_taxonomy()

First of all thank you very much for the plugin.

Using WP 4.3 and Genesis Framework + Genesis Agent Press Listings (the error occurs in these archive pages).

Since the last update I have a new error on CPT archive pages:

Warning: Missing argument 1 for get_taxonomy(), called in /home/livingimmobiliar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/scripts-to-footerphp/scripts-to-footer.php on line 380 and defined in /home/livingimmobiliar/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 215

Notice: Undefined variable: taxonomy in /home/livingimmobiliar/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 218

I have added the CPT support, which I didn’t before the last update and everything was working anyway, so that is why I don’t know where to look.
