Missing argument 2 for wp_widget()

    My plugin is activating, but not working. I’m getting the following message when I activate the emma-email-signup plug-in:

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wp_widget() in /homepages/19/d356508837/htdocs/jagtest/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 76

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/19/d356508837/htdocs/jagtest/wp-includes/widgets.php:76) in /homepages/19/d356508837/htdocs/jagtest/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 897

    This occurred after I installed the emma-email-signup plug-in and got it to activate after applying the fix described in the “I’m getting this error message” post (under this topic).

    I’m running wordpress v 3.1.2 and using the corpoaration theme from Elegant Themes.
