Missing Argument for WP_Widget

    Hello everybody,
    Our site is missing codes for WP_Widget. What is the best course for correcting these problems?

    Here are the lines creating these errors:

    Line 560 – Blank
    Line 159 – * @param array $instance Current settings.
    Line 748 – * assigned number for each sidebar.
    Line 749 – * Default 'Sidebar' for the first sidebar, otherwise 'Sidebar %d'.
