So couple of my sites have updated to Version 3.35.0

In the elementor backend – I’m now missing the Elementor admin top nav bar (where you can choose to see elementor settings, back to wordpress, undo/redo – missing the screen/tablet/mobile responsive buttons at top middle – and missing the Publish/Update button at top right.

I had to revert back in order to update pages – totally unusable…

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

Please update to the newest version. To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them, you can go to Elementor > Editor > settings > performance

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

thanks for coming back to me so quickly.

Disabled all plugins bar Elementor – but issue still persists.

Tried clearing Elementor Cache – also turned off Element caching in Performance.

Also tried switching to default WordPress theme Twenty25 (am using Hello Elementor as my base)

    Nothing seems to work.

Anything else I can offer – logs or system info etc?

Could it to do with anything on our server (PHP version or php element not installed that it will need??)

    Thanks

ok well still having this problem

its on a number of different sites of mine that i checked.

    others obviously having similar issue.

perhaps its something developers need alerted to?

Unfortunately this workaround does not work for me – backend top bar (with the publish button and others on it) does not show in Chrome, Edge nor Firefox.

You could try using a private tab or install a fresh browser. The button then shows up for me.

Not sure why clearing all website data in the browser, disabling the browser cache, clearing opcache etc doesn’t solve the issue for me, but as soon as I open the sites affected in a private tab, it shows the top bar. So it seems to some kind of caching issue even though I don’t understand how to clear that cache in this case.
