Missing button “add h5p” in WordPress

    I’ve upload to my wordpress page the H5P content that i create on the H5P’s site, but when i try to incorporate them in a article i can’t find the option “add h5p” and if i insert the block “shortcode” and put into it the shortcode of my content it dosen’t update.
    How can i incorporate my content into an article with this problem?

    If the shortcode is not working, an alternative could be to use the iframe embed code that is available for the content.

    A common error with the shortcode is not using the proper quote symbol, so make sure the code looks like this: [h5p id="123"]
