missing calendar pieces

    have you tried this with a different theme and/or other plugins disabled?

    I can see the HTML for the filter is there, but it’s wrapped in a <code> HTML tag, which we don’t do.

    The bottom line shows up fine for me. What browser are you using? A screen shot may help, but it may also be theme related so see my first suggestion.

    The code tag was the problem! When I pasted the shortcode in the post editor, it treated it like I wanted to display code. I must have copied it and pasted and the editor did not like it.
