Missing Categories when defining Post Grid

    When I add a Post Grid to my page, the dropdown list of categories to select from seems to be limited to 24 items. This make it impossible to create a grid of posts for many categories in our environment.

    Is there a way to work around this?

    I figured out what the issue is. The list of categories provided in the selection dropdown are only those that have been associated with a post. I created a dummy post with all the categories assigned and was then able to assign the categories to grids as needed. I then deleted the dummy post.

    I think the dropdown should list all categories, not just ones that are currently in use since you do handle the situation where there are no posts for the selected criteria.
