    Hello,
I am encountering an issue with the Cost Calculator Builder plugin on my WordPress site. Specifically, I am unable to input the Czech character “ý” in the plugin’s input fields. Instead of the intended character, an apostrophe is displayed. This issue is unique to this specific character, as other characters are functioning correctly.

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? Is there a known fix or workaround that I can apply?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us

It seems that this case occurs with a certain font. The Eudoxus Sans font family doesn’t support the “ý” character (“Ý” should work fine). I would recommend you make some custom CSS to change the font. Or we can try to solve this case with a user-friendly font family. If you cannot make it by yourself, could you please send a link to the page where you posted the calculator and I will give you the required CSS to fix this case.

    Best regards.
