Missing colour option in post editing screen?

    I just updated to 3.9.1 and can’t find the box that used to allow me to change colours in the editing (visual) screen.

    I can of course use HTML span style to set it in text mode, but that’s clumsy and time-consuming. I use a lot of footnotes identified with red asterisks. Losing that feature is a step backwards for me.

    How can I restore that feature?
