On the following page, the integrations rows show a conditions button. I don’t have conditions on mine. Is this a pro feature, or does it appear after you have followed a previous step

I want to have an event code, that gives a free annual subscription to a newsletter on Mailchimp. It’s a quiz, so the event code is on the Lead form. I’ve added the code, and included validation. But I can’t find a way to transfer only people who fill in the code correctly, to the specific mailchimp list.

    Hi @intercommsa,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

Integrating the form conditionally with a third-party service isn’t limited to Pro features; it’s available in the free version. Once the form is integrated with a third-party service (once the authentication process is finished), the “Condition” option will become available at Forms >> Integrations.

I hope that helps. Please feel free to get back to us if you require any additional assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi there,

I am struggling to add an image here?

I have been sending info to Mailchimp successfully for a while, so I think it’s all connected. However my screen doesn’t show conditions.

I have identified the problem. The form is a lead generation form on a quiz. Conditions appears on a normal form, but integrations is greyed out on the Leads form, and the Quiz integrations do not have conditions.

Any chance this can be addressed?

My client has a free Zapier tool. Might I get conditions on Zapier, or will it be the same as Mailchimp?

    Hi @intercommsa,

I’m sorry, but the feature you’re referring to is only available with forms. It appears you’re integrating a quiz with Mailchimp. This limitation applies even if you attempt to integrate the quiz with Zapier; conditional integration is not possible in this scenario.

    Kind Regards,
