Missing content on posts after restore

Hello,

I restored my website with Updraft Plus, because I had some problems and wanted to have the version 1 day ago.

After the restore-process I checked my posts and saw that many changes I did before the last backup went missing.
These are:
– added custom CSS to Elementor PRO and marked several texts in all posts with a hover color link
– changed pictures and content of the posts

Can anybody help me why there is this missing (or old) content after restore?
Does Updraft Plus backup all data (incl. CSS)?
I already cleaned the cache with WP rocket.
