Missing coupons on site timeout

Is there any way to resolve missing coupons being stored in Woo if and when the site goes down or crashes (for whatever reason)? We see this from time to time and need a workaround solution.

Thanks for raising this. We understand how challenging it can be to see missing coupons when a site goes down unexpectedly.
At the moment, there isn’t an automated safeguard within the plugin to recover coupons if the site crashes during generation.
In the meantime, the most reliable approaches would be:
- Using static or batch coupons instead of unique ones where possible, since those are pre-created in WooCommerce and won’t be affected by downtime.
- Monitoring site uptime to catch interruptions early.
- Manually recreating any missing coupons directly in WooCommerce if needed.
If this is happening frequently, it’s usually tied to broader site stability or hosting reliability, so addressing that would be the most effective long-term solution.
