I am having an issue with the plugin on the Chrome browser for Android phones (at least mine and one of my customer’s). A customer called in earlier today saying she couldn’t check out. I investigated the issue and found everything was working fine on my desktop (Chrome and Firefox both regular use and using developer tools to change screen size for different devices) and iPad. However, when I checked Chrome on my Android phone, the fields to enter credit card information don’t show up when choosing the credit/debit option. This is the only place I’ve managed to find the issue occurring. Is there a setting I’ve missed somewhere or should I start disabling plugins and such? Thanks for your help!

    Hi @lmg42

I think the issue is related to a Javascript error on your checkout. When reviewing your checkout page, I observed the following Javascript error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: Cookies is not defined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (siteground-optimizer-combined-js-c273a907a50a54945346c0d8b8b9f69e.js:37:371)

If you’re using a plugin to disable cookies that is most likely the culprit. When this error occurred, the card form fields did not render.

    Kind Regards

Thanks for the quick reply! I found the problematic plugin and disabling worked.
