Missing CSS

    Upon enabling this pluing, the primary CSS (style.css) for our theme no longer loads on sub-pages.
    All other enqued scripts/css load, and it still works on the homepage.

    This is before any per-widget display configuration is applied, and disabling the module restores the correct functionality.
