The files were pointing to:

• lib/jquery-jvectormap-2.0.3.css?ver=1.2
• jquery-jvectormap-world-mill.js?ver=1.2
• jquery-jvectormap-2.0.3.min.js?ver=1.2

But the actual file names are:

• lib/jquery-jvectormap-2.0.2.css?ver=1.2
• jquery-jvectormap-world-mill-en.js?ver=1.2
• jquery-jvectormap-2.0.2.min.js?ver=1.2
