Missing custom.js file

    When I install the plugin I am getting a missing file error on my element inspector.
    From the file phoen_header_login.php

    wp_enqueue_script("login-signup-js",PLUGINlSPDIRURL."public/js/custom.js",array('jquery'),'',true);

    There is no custom.js file in the plugin public/js folder, and I cannot see how to customize or create on via the plugin admin.

    I tried installing a new version & activating & removing, same results.
